Our client a leading FMCG organisation and they are seeking a Brand Director to come on board on a fixed term 1 year contract basis.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Lead teams to deliver our exciting plans in the following core areas:

- Brand Marketing & Customer experience - Develop a brand activation strategy that engages our customers with our market leading range and expertise

- Work closely with the sector & product teams to enable the formulation and implementation of an effective food engagement strategy including internal and external food shows

- Own content strategy for PR and Social Media

- Oversee key chef and food development customer initiatives

- Creative Team - In conjunction with Head of Creative, ensure consistency and quality of all in-house creative and content
- Management of budgeting, forecasting and phasing of spend


· Experience in brand leadership (mix of B2C and B2B marketing experience ideal, although either considered)
- Degree educated and currently in similar role
- Self-motivated with passion, energy and drive
- The ability to persuade, educate and inspire up to board level

- Integrated marketing experience both off and online

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
