PASTRY CHEF - UP TO £40,000 - 3 AA ROSETTES - LONDON
A Pastry Chef is required for this stunning restaurant, which has gained an excellent reputation for serving innovative French/European cuisine, which is overseen by a very talented Executive Chef. You will be responsible for a small team of Pastry Chefs, which support the restaurant with all aspects of Patisserie. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie from ice-creams and petit fours. You will ideally have experience within establishments of at least a 3 AA Rosette rating.
As Pastry Chef, you will have working closely with the Executive Chef creating inspiring menus must have a prove record to show the ability to training the junior chefs in the brigade. There would also be opportunities to advance in your career within the company due to ongoing expansion plans. An attractive salary of up to £40,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Chef.
