This exceptional part time Company Secretarial Assistant opportunity provides high level support to the Company Secretarial practice, who, in turn, offer a full range of Company Secretarial services to clients.

This role would suit a confident Secretarial Assistant, with strong experience and knowledge of Companies House procedures and a basic understanding of Articles of Association. You'll need a good grasp of the Blueprint software that is used in this role and will be comfortable using your own initiative, with a proactive approach to your day and a willingness to learn

To be successful in this Company Secretarial Assistant role, you will have:

* Previous experience of providing Company Secretarial services
* First class attention to detail
* Excellent MS Office skills and a good working knowledge of Blueprint and Document Management systems
* Proven experience of being a strong team player
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and working to deadlines
* Experience of liaising with clients
* The ability to deal with confidential matters
* Experience of working with Companies House procedures
* Basic understanding of Articles of Association

Key accountabilities within this Company Secretarial Assistant role include:

* Manage the process of incorporating companies from end to end
* Manage annual returns process for clients
* Make up and update company books based on client instruction
* Draft basic board resolutions and minutes
* Open and action registered office post
* Compile historical statutory registers
* Respond to client enquiries
* Proof read documents and filings prior to submission
* General admin support for the team
