Sales Support Executive
My client is a leading distributor who specialises in the sourcing, technical approval, sales, and marketing of specialty ingredients for the Food Supplement, Functional Foods and Animal Feed and Life Sciences industries.
- General admin - Phone calls / Emails / Letters / follow ups.
- Creation of new products/customers / suppliers.
- Customer support/correspondence.
- Regular telephone contact with all assigned current / potential customers.
- Liaison with internal/external colleagues.
- Liaise with your Sales Administration colleagues, ensuring the whole team is fully aware of outstanding/important issues.
- Send out quotations to customers in line with company procedure.
- Calculate pricing within agreed authorisation limits with your Business Manager.
- Support division with general market price movements.
- Proven experience as in telesales/sales exec or relevant role
- Previous sales experience working under pressure
- Selling technical or nutritional based product would be advantage but not essential
- Proactive, positive, and ambitious individual
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach
- Degree educated preferred but not essential.
