A market leading software development company is looking to add a Product Manager to the team to lead the enhancement process on their market leading and pioneering software product. The successful candidate will report into the CTO and will be responsible for increasing the profitability of existing products and assisting with their development.

Ideally you'll be experienced in being an Agile Product Owner, with experience in ITSM (mainly Workflow and CMDB). You may have worked in a similar Product Manager or Implementation/Project Manager role for one of the major companies within the IT Service Management industry.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the entire product line life cycle
* Running scrum/review and retrospective meetings with the Engineering team as a Product Owner
* Managing the product backlog.
* Working closely with the Engineering team, Marketing team and CTO to develop a clear product roadmap.
* Having responsibility for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of feature enhancement for the product range ensuring that the products meet the needs of customers.
* Managing the product from enquiry through to acceptance.
* Working closely with Sales Managers and key account customers to understand and jointly develop the customers' product features.

Requirements

* Some software product management experience in software development environment
* Familiarity with MSSQL, Web applications, SOAP/REST web services is a strong plus.
* Computer Science or Engineering degree would be advantageous
* Enterprise Agile/Scrum Product Owner experience.

Please note, this position will require travel to customer and non-customer sites in America and Europe as required.
