We want to meet EBD Teaching Assistants who can efficiently deal with any obstacles to learning and adapt to new situations with greater levels of responsibility. The chosen EBD Teaching Assistant must possess a true consideration for the welfare of pupils and incomparable relationship building skills. The school are hoping for an EBD Teaching Assistant who is able to easily explain complex ideas coherently.

In this EBD Teaching Assistant role, will be supporting the development a specific pupil who has EBD requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing vital teaching skills under the tutelage of a progressive SENCO, who plays an active role in the development of every member of their team. The SENCO at this school is an outstanding practitioner and you will learn a great deal from them that can shape your future teaching career.
