Your new role
As a Facilities Assistant you will be immersed into the Facilities team, working to ensure a smooth running of the building. You will be the main point of contact for the clients within the building resolving any issues or queries and providing excellent customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have experience within facilities and exceptional customer service skills. A professional and 'can do' attitude is paramount and a background in hospitality is desirable.
