Senior Employment Solicitor
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a Chambers recommended, Top 200 Law firm at their office in South West London. The salary and benefits package on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.
My client has offices across London and Surrey and are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many practice areas, including Employment.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Respondent Employment matters on behalf of national and SME clients to include contentious and non-contentious work. You will also be actively involved in marketing and business development to further improve the department’s reach.
Applications are invited from ambitious Employment Solicitors with at least 6 years’ PQE who have strong Respondent experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters to include TUPE, restrictive covenants, advisory work, high-court injunctions, drafting of employment contracts and other related documents. You should have a proven track record as an Employment Solicitor within a leading regional or national firm or perhaps be looking to make the move from In-house to Private Practice.
