These roles don't come along very often! A leading digital and off-line publisher is currently seeking a Panel Manager to joining its research team.
The company has a long history of using surveys of its own member panel and the general public and they have brought the entire full research cycle in-house. They're looking for Panel Manager who can manage the community on a day-today basis but also develop a strategy for panel management.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling and sampling of surveys, recruitment, panel maintenance and panel reporting as well as developing new initiatives and also keeping abreast of new developments in the world of online communities.
As this is a new role for the company, they need an experienced Panel Manager, who is highly confident and familiar with panel management software and systems. You must relish the opportunity to take lead ownership of a vibrant, engaged and well-established consumer panel and be excited about the opportunity to refresh and grow it. Experience of managing a change programme would also be a real advantage.
