We are recruiting on behalf of our client an Account Manager for their Fleet Department.

As the Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts within the area.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of customers.
- Developing a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of accounts and key decision makers in order to implement a strategic action plan for each account.
- Interpreting customer needs and managing expectations to deliver the most appropriate proposition.
- Maintaining and managing the portfolio of customers ensuring accurate recording of key contacts, fleet data, and updated actions.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a sales role ideally within a B2B organisation. You will have excellent customer service and selling skills, and a track record of delivering results and profitability. Coupled with account management, you will be able to make informed decisions and have a considered approach to problem solving. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will have strong influencing and negotiation skills, and be adaptable to change with a flexible approach.
