They are currently recruiting within one of the most exciting divisions within the business. Focusing on Innovation and working with client on their strategy to creation, evaluation, and forecasting. You will work with a range of clients both domestic and International. This consultative lead team is built of entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy having the opportunity to develop and have exposure to new ideas way of working. They are looking for a like-minded person to join this busy team

The role
The team are in need a Senior Research Manager to come on board to help support with some of the biggest blue chip clients for the business you will be working on project from writing proposals through to analysis and leading in creating insightful presentations. You will ensuring the smooth running of ad hoc projects working with your clients through their full innovation life-cycle to include U&A, segmentation, NPD, Concept testing, proposition refinement and forecasting. Working across teams, clients and projects to include qual, social media and UX, with the opportunity to be hands on involved in these areas, should you desire.

The Person
-Our client is looking for self-driven researcher with a passion for innovation, combined with a solid background in quantitative ad hoc research.

-You will be experienced in working on projects from writing proposals, through to project management and the creation and presenting of exciting thought provoking outputs.

- You will have a proactive attitude, and thrive on taking responsibility for initiating and implementing actions to develop client accounts and junior staff.

-This role will give candidate the opportunity to real see where the research is being used and how successful it is, not just by using quant research but by involving traditional and new methods of research.

- Ideally you will have worked with Tech or Media clients previously.
