Technical Service Manager (Key Account/Electrical/Electronic)

£35,000 + 37.5 Hours + Contributory Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Health Cash Plan


Technical Account Manager role available in a very successful global business. The role will suit those looking to join a company who are recognised in the industry for their superior products and service contracts.

The role will suit those from an electrical/electronic background looking for a technical customer focused role. You need be to be very people focused and confident managing a prestigious national account.

The role is based at the company’s head office in Southampton and is focused on managing a number of major key accounts. The focus is ensuring accounts are managed effectively for a major client in the rail industry. This role is focused on service contracts within the power market place.

The company are a very recognised and global leading organisation. They are continuing to grow and have a vast range of products and services across a vast range of industries.

The role:

*To proactively plan, organize and manage a number of major Key Accounts to meet & exceed our customers' requirements, company quality standards, and achieve agreed targets and levels of profit.

*Manage the client solutions to pre-agreed levels of service

*Engage in regular contract review meetings

*As necessary to prepare and submit quotations

*37.5 hours a week

*Electrical/electronic background

*Customer focused and able to effectively account manage

*Commutable to Southampton
