The company itself is a global manufacturer that operates in over 100 countries and has manufacturing sites in 3 separate continents. They are continually growing and are looking for a Continuous Improvements Manager to take the reins and take the business to new heights

The role involves being the driving force behind black belt lean methodologies across the manufacturing facility. The company want to expand, upgrade equipment and increase productivity, but want to be as efficient and streamlined as possible meaning your input and expertise will be paramount to the company achieving its goals

The Role:

*Leading the continuous improvements initiative at the UK site
*Working closely with Senior Management in various departments
*Using Lean Sigma principles and tools
