Our client is one of the largest housing associations in the country. Who provides people in need of housing across the south and south west of England and the Isle of Wight.

Key Duties

- Run and manage regular ongoing customer reports.
- Collect feedback from a wide range of sources and channels.
- Provide weekly and monthly statistical data on the feedback from customers.
- Analyse feedback and provide insight and identify trends.
- Research and analyse alternative methods of sourcing and presenting information.
- Present insight and data in clear and innovative ways for a range of audiences.
- Lead the STAR survey and working with colleagues to set up the contracts.
- Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies.
- Observe and comply with Sovereign's policies and procedures.
- Observe and continually promote equality and inclusion and customer care in compliance with organisational aims and objectives.
- Continuously seek realistic ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in your role to achieve company's goals.

Additional info

- Personable and professional.
- Good data handling skills and able to analyse large volumes of data.
- Able to communicate clearly - written & verbally.
- Excellent skills in using MS Office (advanced Excel)
- Well organised and able to work to timelines.
- Experience of dealing with external contractors would be an advantage.
- Required to travel for this role - some travel between different office will be required
