Are you an experienced Maths Teacher, with up-to-date GCSE knowledge and experience, wanting to leave the stresses of the school classroom and progress into a exciting management role with a difference?

My client is a private training provider, teaching apprentices in the construction industry. They are urgently looking for an experienced Maths teacher, with an extensive working knowledge of GCSE and functional skills level Maths, to manage Maths Tutors at a number of different sites across the southern half of England.

Based near to one of the sites, this job will involve you travelling to the sites in your region to support, manage and develop the staff. Due to the nature of the job role, you will be required to drive to the sites in your region, therefore a company car is provided and fuel costs will be reimbursed. If you are required to stay overnight, hotel accommodation will be paid for and you will be given a food and beverage allocation. The sites that will be in your region are Birmingham, Bristol, Southampton, Sittingbourne, Wolverhampton and London.

This position is ideal for someone looking to get back that work-life balance, and leave the stressful school life behind. You will have the freedom of the road, be able to go on holiday when you want and will be allowed time to work from home.

The role is full-time – permanent, and you will be required to work 39 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

The salary is between £27,000 and £31,000 with 34 days holiday.

To be considered for this role you must have current extensive working knowledge of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths, along with good ICT Skills and excellent communication skills as well as some kind of leadership experience.
