Location: West London
Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm NO WEEKENDS

Our client due to growth is currently recruiting a Client Relationship Manager / Client Retentions / Account Executive/ Corporate Sales Support to join this prestigious brand working for the fleet sales division at the Corporate HQ. You must have experience of working with senior management preferably CEO level, as the role will involve strong customer skills, client retention and client relationship building, if you are from the Motor trade perhaps you have previously worked for example in fleet sales or car sales for a prestige brand then that will an advantage but is it not a pre-requisite the important qualities are very much Client relationship building.

There is full training into the role for the ideal candidate who has already worked as a Client relationship manager / Account executive and understands the importance of exceptional customer skills and someone who will enjoy working for a well-respected prestige brand. The role is strictly Monday to Fridays only.

Client Relationship Manager / Client Retentions / Account Executive / Corporate Sales Support main duties and responsibilities:

- You will receive enquiries from new and existing customers and dealing with them in accordance with customer service level agreements. Act as point of contact for clients and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implemented. Establish vehicle availability in line with clients requests.
- Provide senior Account Managers with the necessary office and account administration services to support their sales efforts.
- Arrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly in order to maximise the sales opportunity.
- Provide quotations for vehicles, taking into account the agreed customer terms.
- Obtaining quotations to meet clients requirements and processing work through them in line with all company compliance and business risk control policies.
- Keep clients advised about product changes, delays and price increases.

Key skills for the role.

- Previous client retention and client relationship building experience
- Good telephone manner and excellent communicator.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A proven ability to work as part of a team, to achieve team goals and share knowledge and best practice.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with an attention to detail, especially under pressure.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel,
- Must be accurate and show attention to detail, be able to multi task and prioritise workload.
