Are you looking for a new opportunity or challenge within a leading M&E Contractor in East London? Healthy order book to get stuck into with projects exceeding the £20million mark. Typical projects ranging from £2million to £20million within a variety of sectors including Residential New Build, Commercial Shell & Core and Fit out.

Stylish offices in East London with a heathy and vibrant company culture, competitive salary and package along with training and development for those looking to progress. With a solid Estimating team in place they are now looking to expand the department to assist with the work load coming in.

Please see below typical duties that will be included within the role but not limited to:

* Prepare tenders
* Breakdown client enquiries
* Measure/Assess quantities and prepare schedules if required
* Prepare detailed Mechanical estimates
* Support and help implement the company growth strategy
* Tender presentations
* Supporting contracts managers with variations and final accounts

Skills required:

* Ability to meet & exceed targets
* Self-motivating attitude
* Ability to work alone
* Experience working with M&E Sub Contractor
