Maloy & Flynn Recruitment are an employment agency acting on behalf of one of the fastest growing hotel chains in the UK’s who are looking for a motivated and driven sales manager to join their expanding team based in Southampton.

Your role will be to actively promote the brand and services, maximise the revenue and achieve sales targets. This will be achieved through focusing on developing a positive brand for a leading hotel in Southampton through local PR and marketing, bringing with it a pipeline of future business while also maintaining key existing accounts.

This is an exciting time to be within a growing business which is currently in the process of refurbishing the site and are looking for a sales manager from a hotels or hospitality background which can match the ambition of the company and drive business in the hotel forwards.

Other duties include:

• Seek out new opportunities as well as maintain existing clients to increase the hotels market share
• Develop the hotels promotion and communication and collect customer feedback
• Deliver on sales, budgeting, forecasting and revenue planning for the hotel
