A market leading retail business with an extensive non-retail portfolio are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager with experience of Office, Warehouse and Call Centre FM. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the focus of the role will be to develop, analyse performance data, manage and drive budget efficiencies whilst ensuring that the non-retail premises are supported and maintained to meet the business needs. The position will be predominantly office based with line management of both internal and external teams, responsibilities will include :-

- Provide management support on day to day FM issues across Head Office, Distribution and call centre environments (circa 50 buildings / 3.4m sq ft)
- Review management data to identify key issues making long term recommendations based on commercial analysis
- Ensure outsourced FM providers resolve issues swiftly to minimise disruption
- Develop and implement property maintenance strategies ensuring the FM partners are aligned to enable effective delivery
- Technical building knowledge to ensure minor fitout works are conducted ensuring statutory compliance is maintained
- Primary contact for occupancy and maintenance works
- Manage allocated Capex and Opex budgets ensuring spend remains within budget
- Analysis of vendor data and 3rd party suppliers including ad hoc auditing of works carried out
- Managing FM partners to ensure that all buildings comply with safety legislation including Fire Risk Assessment, Water Risk Assessment, Asbestos management and Electricity at Work
- Identify cross group synergies relative to procuring FM Services & Products

Ideally, you should have a building/construction background and will have experience of working within a multi-site environment. Experience of outsourced FM Account Management would be useful but not essential. Your experienced may be gained either within an outsourced FM environment or clientside, managing providers. Ideally a qualified building surveyor, you should have IOSH qualification or equivalent. This is a critical role within the business and the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills combined with the an aptitude of analysing and interpreting various management reports and financial data sheets. Experience of working across Distribution, Call Centre and Head Office environments.
