To manage, control and develop the Heritage service and restoration business within Aston Martin Works
• Achieve service & restoration volume and profit objectives whilst streamlining processes
• Managing all workshop processes to ensure all customers achieve excellent customer service.
• Continually develop the AM Heritage business maximising commercial opportunities

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Commercial responsibility for Heritage business
• Maintain standards of performance of the heritage team through effective coaching and performance management
• Maintain high levels of customer service standards
• Achieve monthly revenue and profit targets
• Develop timely report KPI's
• Proactively manage VOR's to resolution
• Improve digital sales mediums (website)
• Develop and manage marketing strategy
• Regular effective communication to all levels of the business
• Proactively deliver year on year efficiencies
• Support and provide resource for group marketing and sales events
• Proactively deliver year on year quality improvements
• Deliver agreed restorations on time and budget
• Develop overseas markets
• Ensure all work is carried out to highest standards
• Responsible to correct staffing at all time

Qualifications & Experience
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline, or similar experience
• Record of excellent people-management skills
• Significant customer service and/or after sales experience in a HLS automotive retail environment
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
• Knowledge the Aston Martin brand and its products is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrate relevant IT competencies in DMS and MS Office
