Our client now wants a genuine hunter to bring this to new clients.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

New business mindset - your accounts are not enough to hit target.
You will need to demonstrate the credibility to sell to internal HR departments and change their way of thinking
A consultative sales process is key
They are looking for people with a collaborative approach - not 'cut-throat' sales guys
Any experience of Learning and Development or HR management will of course be of interest *but is far from essential*

ROLE INFORMATION

Large corporates have consistently failed to deliver ROI from learning programmes - This business takes a different approach

You'll be engaging with some of the world's largest corporates and solving some of their most long-standing challenges

The management team has many years of experience in the marketplace and is looking to take the business to the next level

A mix of new business and growing/retaining assigned accounts, with growing emphasis on the former
