Are you a Production supervisor/ Team Leader? Have you worked in an FMCG environment that implements lean manufacturing techniques?

This company has been around since 1925 and pride themselves on their high quality of products that sets them apart from their competition. They strive to be a sustainable and eco-friendly company and are looking for a Production Supervisor to come on board.

You will be managing a team of 15-20 operatives to ensure that the quality, health & safety, hygiene and wastage are managed effectively. You will have the opportunity to make your mark and eventually progress into a management role too.

The ideal person for this role would already be in the FMCG market, with knowledge of HACCAP and experience with lean management.

The Role:

- Managing a team of 15-20
- Be responsible for Health & Safety and hygiene
- Managing the Wastage and keeping this down
- Maintaining QA system

The Person:

- Production Supervisor/Team Leader
- Must have worked in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communicator
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Experience of lean management
