Website Administrator - eCommerce

Stamford, Lincolnshire

£18-20,000

This company is a genuine success story. Founded by two passionate entrepreneurs, the company provides stress free, luxury villa and resort holidays for families with babies and toddlers. Their success is based on the quality of their holidays and is under-pinned by their commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience at each and every touch point - be that online or over the phone. This success has lead to continued and sustained growth and as a consequence we are looking for a highly capable Administrator to help manage their product (villa and resort) listings on their website.

This role sits between marketing and operations and will work closely with the European Head of Product who is based on the continent and is responsible for bringing on board new and exciting properties for the website. Liasing with owners and copywriters, this role is responsible for ensuring all new properties are up loaded on to the website accurately and on time - and that changes are made to existing listings as and when required. This role plays a central part in the New Product team - one that is essential for the growth ambitions of this vibrant and exciting company.

This role has three critical elements. Firstly you will be extremely organised and efficient and will be used to working to a very high level of attention with a meticulous approach and a focus on managing process and delivering accurate results. Secondly you will be highly computer literate with an intuitive understanding of how software works. This will enable you to work across platforms and packages in order to ensure the website content is optimised at all times. Thirdly you will be a mature and confident team player, someone who thrives with a degree of autonomy, who will work well without supervision, who will take responsibility for managing and prioritising their workload and will want to progress as the business continues to grow and create new opportunities. Travel experience is not essential for this role, however it is likely that you will have gained experience in within a highly process driven, IT or web related administration role.
