The Client

An award wining M&E contractor is now looking to expand their team by bringing on a skilled Mechanical Engineer.

Based in central London they have been a market leader for over 30 years successfully delivering design, build and refurbishments within Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Mission Critical Sectors.

The company can cater to the full Mechanical & Electrical Engineering needs of a client from initial enquiry right through to client handover.

Current projects range but not limited too the values of £3million to £10 million.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Director you will have ample experience and want to work in an established contractor that promotes clear career progression and training.

The initial project for the role will be within a commercial shell and core project, based in Central London.

You will be responsible for looking after the full mechanical package which will amount to around £8 million.

The Candidate

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:

* Stake holder management, building trusted relationships between both clients and contractors.
* Ensuring method statements and risk assessments are met to impeccable standards.
* Applicable administrator duties.
* Project completion within agreed timescales.
* Technical submittals
* Delivery and compliance focused planning and programming.
