We are working with a lovely, Ofsted outstanding Primary school in a village location near Ashford. The school are looking for a Key Stage Two Teacher to work with their Year 4/5 mixed class from September 2017. The position would be for one term and for the right person there is the potential to continue on for the rest of the academic year.

The school are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Primary Teacher who has experience in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 and 5 and someone who is used to working in mixed year groups, however this isn't necessary.

This school are a small team of 4 class teachers therefore you will need to be able to work well independently as well as part of a small close-knit team. The school has a lovely feel to it, there last Ofsted achieved Outstanding and they do not struggle with challenging behaviour.
What do you need to have?
- NQT, QTS Primary qualified (PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education)
- Have the ability and experience of teaching
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to prepare and plan lessons where necessary
- Be engaging, fun and flexible where needed
- Able to deal with challenging behaviour
- Creative and passionate, with a patient and calm approach.
- Bring new ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships
