Associate Architect - £50000 - £65000 + Benefits

My client is an award-winning architecture practice dedicated to the successful design and delivery of projects that exceed expectations in the widest sense.

Our expertise and enthusiasm is applied in partnership with our clients to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to all stages of the development process.

Due to an expanding range of new projects this practice is making a strategic appointment to recruit an Associate Architect/Director Designate for their central London office.

This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and communication skills, whilst playing an active role in business development alongside our team of Associates and Directors.

The ideal candidate will be able to take an influential lead in overseeing, managing and executing the London office’s commissions within the education, residential, commercial and community sectors.

The appointed individual will be an accomplished designer who can think strategically and has the ambition to reach Director level within the foreseeable future. They will be responsible for generating new business and representing the company at networking events.

We expect candidates to currently be working at an Associate/Associate Director level and to have begun to win work, with a proven track record of leadership and business development. The appointed individual would maintain a design presence and possibly join the practice internal Design Review Panel. Drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and mentor their team, identifying strengths and developing talent, are all qualities that we seek.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a competitive salary, benefits package and bonus.
