The ICT Support Engineer will take responsibility for providing support to the end users and back office systems at

You will have proven experience in MS Office, Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2010/2012, Active Directory and Exchange 2013, as well as excellent communication and customer facing skills in order to support both locally based and remote end users.

· Provide 1st/2nd Line Support to end users

· Basic administration of Active Directory, WSUS, Group Policy, Exchange 2013, ESET Anti-virus

· Check the Server backup logs each day and escalate issues to the Senior Systems Engineer

· Provide support to the Senior Systems Engineer for projects and implementations

· Ensure that Active Directory is correctly administered with correct user names and computer names

Technical Competencies
· At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
· Support and maintenance of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
· Support and maintenance of Microsoft Office 2010-2016
· 1st/2nd line support and maintenance of Windows server 2008 and 2012
· Exchange 2013 Administration (Creation of mailboxes, distribution lists etc)
· Must hold a driving licence and have access to a car
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Active Directory Management (user creation, group policy, DNS etc)
· Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP etc)
