Your role as an Account Development Representative:

* Strategically partner and work with an Account Executive to drive demand generation and pipeline for his / her portfolio
* Manage inbound and drive outbound activity and qualify active buying interest to develop opportunities in prospective accounts
* Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience
* Hold responsibility for building business pipeline, meeting and exceeding lead generation quotas
* Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
* Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
* Learn the business value of digital transformation

About you:

- Hold a 2:1 degree or above with a track record for pushing yourself professionally and personally
- Be business fluent in Finnish or Swedish

- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and the willingness to challenge others and yourself in order to achieve excellence and build successful strategies
