Marketing Program Manager with a sales savvy mindset required to work for a fast growing Enterprise SaaS business in London. You will work closely with regional sales teams and the existing marketing team to develop and execute regionally focused marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, the Marketing Program Manager EMEA plays an active role in the creation of brand, account based marketing, demand generation, partner and customer programs that drive leads, pipeline and revenue. The role will be expected to partner closely with the regional sales and business development teams, ensuring cross departmental alignment as well as executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories.
Primary Responsibilities Include: Help identify, develop, manage and support regional initiatives including events, campaigns and partnerships to help bring the brand to life and to drive regional quota objectives Interpret local market dynamics and develop plans and tools to address regional market needs Drive the company brand within EMEA target markets and accounts Establish a regional account based marketing plan to support the EMEA sales team Establish a regional partner marketing plans to support global partner marketing goals Nurture relationships with the EMEA customer base to support global customer marketing initiatives such as case study creation, user group management and customer advocacy programs Creation of digital programs to support the EMEA growth strategy Analysis and measurement of defined success criteria against goals Assist the sales team with identifying marketing materials / collateral for presentations with named accounts
Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions; SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo is preferable Fluency in a second European language preferable (German, French, Dutch) Experience in driving EMEA programs for a U.S headquartered organisation This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
