ORGISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD
A leading FMCG group is looking to hire an organisational change management lead.
This will be a project based role for an initial one year period focusing on a major techinical implementation in the finance team, but working with senior stakeholders across the business.
The role will centre around the design and implemetnnation of a global management infromation reporting platform/system.
The organisational change lead will drive change management activites end to end.
Reporting to the director of organisational change management, this role will:
lead the change workstream and be responsible for communications and training
develop the roadmap, stakeholder assessments and the communication plan
lead the project management throughout its life cycle
work to embed change management within the business
support change management across the business
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills have a change/project management qualifications. Experience of working with finance teams/SAP experience would
