Salary Range - £19,000 - £22,000 plus Benefits
Location: Central London
My client is a leading IT & technology services provider, supporting and supplying to customers across the London and South East with a large range of IT services - from software to hardware, hosting, telephony, CISCO & Microsoft products, cyber security and much more. Due to ongoing growth they require;
4 Helpdesk Engineers required with the following to join the team:
1 years IT helpdesk support (minimum)
Understanding of basic IT support, via telephone
(general software packages Microsoft Office and other software & hardware products etc)
Must be Well spoken - role involves supporting customers on the telephone, so require a confident individual who is knowledgeable and offers a high level of service at all times to customers.
My client offers additional Training and learning support to its employees and exams provided and funded as part of development.
