An excellent opportunity is now available for a commercially minded Product/Account Executive to join this leading global brand, based out of their Lowestoft office.
You will have fantastic relationship management skills as will be required to proactively manage relationships and ensure allocated accounts are performing to both sales and quality targets, taking action where appropriate to improve performance.
Monitor performance and maximise sales
Monitor weekly sales figures and identify accounts that are not performing to targets, ensuring these results are highlighted so appropriate action can be taken.
Gauge bookings on key accounts and flag instances whereby excessive owner bookings are restricting potential sales throughout the year.
Secure, maintain and increase inventory in conjunction with the data team to ensure availability for key sales periods
Identify trends within the accounts that point towards changing sales patterns and use this information to assist owners with future product innovation.
Collect and promote special offers that will drive volume in targeted areas ensuring that they are loaded onto the both system and web to aid the sales of holidays.
Utilise our promotional tool kit to channel sales into specific accounts.
Ensure that good relationships are established and maintained with existing owners
To maintain the account management process, ensuring that we are retaining the agreed level of communication with existing owners.
To support the Brand Manager in acting as a primary point of contact to owners, ensuring any required action is carried out within the agreed timescales.
To assist in the monitoring of sales and profit performance.
Maintain an accurate record of commercial terms, negotiating changes to those terms where appropriate.
Analyse and monitor CSQ data and Reevoo scores, flagging poor performance and ensuring that this information is communicated to the owners in order to raise standards in areas of weakness
Liaise and support internal teams to assist in trouble shooting, complaint handling and resolution.
To visit owners as and when appropriate to cement strong relationships and support business growth.
To contribute to the annual brochure and web content process
To analyse sales performance and make recommendations to owners on annual pricing decisions in line with company guidelines and expectations
To help co-ordinate the assembly of all information needed to populate the brochure and website within agreed timescales.
Undertake proofing of content and maintaining a low error factor.
Source high quality new photography to enhance the brochure and on-line presentations.
Ensure that any amendments are noted clearly and that the information passed on to the relevant internal teams.
To ensure ongoing updates to content throughout the year are communicated clearly and information reaches all relevant departments across the business.
Skills and knowledge
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written skills
Commercially astute and able to interpret financial data
Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
Minimum experience required
*12 months experience of working within a busy office environment
*Familiar with working to tight deadlines and in fast paced office environment
*Supplier liaison/management (face to face and telephone)
