Traffic and Production Manager - Advertising Agency
This well-respected and award-winning specialist ad agency - part of a global network but small enough to feel "real" - is looking for an highly-motivated plate-spinner for its London base.

The TPM will be responsible for scheduling, producing and delivering, on time, all the work developed by the Creative department, including Studio. They liaise with internal and outside vendors who supply work to the agency on a freelance or contract basis.
The TPM will be involved in all aspects of a project from initiation to completion including print and digital production, estimates, print buying, advertising schedules, supplier liaison and promotional materials.
The TPM will be aware of all jobs briefed to the agency and the timings to completion of each of those jobs. The TPM will coordinate all jobs through all agency departments (Account Service, Creative and Studio).
That's the formal bones of the job. It's a challenging but immensely friendly and rewarding agency to work with. They need someone with at least three years experience in a similar role, either with a busy agency or in-house with a healthcare-related company. As you'd expect, they would love to meet people with bags of initiative, motivation, organisation and a can-do attitude.
