HR Project Manager- Digital & Innovation - London
Our Global HR Client based in London is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work across the client's new HR business models and digital solutions. This is a permanent role and salary is between £60k-£75k (neg) + benefits.

The Project Manager will work across Global Digital & Innovation Strategy within the geographic region by identifying and driving innovation opportunities and incubation projects to increase revenue, margin & profit growth. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple digital projects, from start to finish, so that they are completed on time and within budget

* Identify and develop new digital business opportunities in the local market, create proposals and scopes of work as required
* Identify pilot opportunities together with the regional team
* Design, communicate, and implement an operational project plan for completing a project
* Prepare designs and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets, and forecasts; select project staff and contractors.
* Create and manage a robust roadmap that aligns software delivery with business strategy
* Work closely with engineering and UX partners to specify feature details, create user stories, drive on-time delivery and UAT

* Project Management background
* HR Products and services
* Solid background in product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, product development, testing, and iteration
* Live and breathe Agile and User Centered Design
* Experience with SaaS products/solutions would be a plus
* Financial and resource planning
* Digital Software and applications (e.g. Slack, Trello, Jira, Github, etc.)
