One of the leading providers of high-end guest services is looking for a Corporate Receptionist Team Leader to join their team in a prestigious multi-tenanted building in the West End.
This is a great opportunity to really make an impact. You will have a proven track record and passion for delivering 5 star services. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships within a corporate environment. You will be supervising, engaging and developing a small team of up to 9 receptionists. You will also be expected to build relationships with the tenants of the building
What You Will Need
Experience of working as a Reception Team Leader/Supervisor in a Corporate or 5 star hotel environment
Strong people management skills
Passion for delivering a 5* service
Strong I.T skills - especially data analysis and presenting reports
Must have experience with Visitor management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
To be a pro-active problem solver
Be supportive, motivated and professional
