My client manages events at some of London's most prestigious venues. They are currently looking for dynamic and commercially aware General Manager. Working with in collaboration with the sales team to achieve consistently high standards across the operation plus financial success as well as developing and increasing the business.

The ideal candidate will have worked in the events' business. restaurants for some years in London. Have a strong eye for detail, understand clients' expectation and can design great events. You will also have excellent people skills to develop your team and to network with potential customers.

·Experience in event/restaurant and bar management in London for the past 2 years with a minimum of 5 years experiences in a senior management role.
·Sound financial acumen -compiling financial reports, annual operating budgets with proven GP margins and cost control.
·Experience in implementing Service Level Agreements to exceed client expectations.
·Standards driven with an excellent eye for detail which is supported by previous accolades in service and wine.
·You must have experience and be able to perform in a challenging environment. A standard driven is essential
·Not only having worked in a multi-faceted, multi million pound business, the successful candidate should have some formal training in wine and top class service standards. Formal qualification and training in high quality restaurants with excellent food and wine knowledge

Salary to £60,000 plus Bonus and package
