Digital Marketing Executive - Premium Student Accommodation Brand
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Within this role you’ll support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns ranging from lead generation and brand awareness, to customer service initiatives and optimisation with a focus on our premium student accommodation brand, Chapter.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for website optimisation, email and social media campaigns; updating content and overseeing website developments; implementing and maintaining the Chapter website SEO programme and assisting with the implementation and testing of new systems that impact the brands digital platforms. You will provide reports and analysis on SEO, website traffic, listing websites and enquiries that inform decision making. You’ll also work closely with the Social Media Executive to manage the Chapter brand’s presence in social media platforms and deliver on pre-defined social media campaigns.
As the successful candidate, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role including; optimising website content, exposure to all aspects of social media communication and a passion for exploring new trends in digital marketing, along with a good understanding of SEO practices. You’ll possess strong IT skills across MS Office and a background using a website content management system and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics). Skills using image editing software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop) would also be a bonus.
You’ll be a strong communicator who is able to build positive relationships with ease and influence at all levels. You’ll love to work collaboratively but also able to work with on own initiative, and balance the challenges of a fast paced, ever-changing environment to deliver daily tasks in keeping with overall campaign objectives.
Salary from £28,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus and company benefits.
