This brand new EMEA HR Advisor vacancy represents an fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources professional in London to join a top tier US and International law firm.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for advising on and managing key human resources processes and supporting the HR Managers and HR Specialists in the successful delivery of human resources services at all stages of the employee lifecycle within the London office. The role will involve: assisting the Recruitment Advisor with interviews, conducting investigations for disciplinary and grievance processes, conducting exit interviews, supporting HR Managers with annual evaluation process, bonus awards and salary review, reviewing monthly audit reports and taking action where necessary as well as contributing to any projects as and when required.
The elite and highly respected US law firm are offering a competitive salary of £35-40,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) + a highly desirable benefits package and the position is full-time/permanent.
Suitable candidates will be highly client focused, possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels as well as being highly IT proficient and able to delegate effectively.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a HR department of a City or US law firm, with the CIPD qualification being highly desirable.
