I am currently representing a construction consultancy who are looking to add an accounts assistant to their successful finance team.
The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally organised and should have excellent attention to detail, delivering a high quality of work and contributing ideas to continually improve processes, ensuring they are efficient and meeting business requirements.
A key aspect of the role will also be building relationships across the business, with surveyors as well as the finance team.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role are;
- Posting Credit Card transactions weekly
- Posting of Expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with Month End
- Assisting with the production of management accounts
- Setting up supplier payment runs
This role will suit a hard working ambitious candidate who is looking to take their next step on from an accounts payable position. Experience of Sage is desirable and proficiency in excel is a must.
