Your new role
As a National Account Manager you will be expected to be able to demonstrate and have proven experience of growing and retaining an existing customer base through effective partnerships. You will develop and maintain a Joint Business Plan with all customers to establish common goals highlighting the value that Brakes can bring and ensuring actions are achieved through monthly reviews. You will be working closely with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure major issues are resolved and to embed improvements across the customer estates.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record of building strong relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally. As well as being an individual with proven experience of delivering excellent value added service, and in driving through and identify new opportunities to expand the existing customer base. You will be someone who has a creative flare and a passion for food and the food service industry.
