This organisation is a reputable and forward thinking company who work across the South East. They are currently experiencing a sustained period of growth and they are looking to add to their successful property management team in their West London office.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be reporting directly to the Neighbourhood Services Manager. As the Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a mixed tenure portfolio of social housing in a set geographic area across Acton and the surrounding areas. You will be in a frontline role and will be required to liaise with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to ensure the portfolio is kept to a high standard.
This is a client facing role where the need to deliver excellent levels of customer service is paramount.
You will be required to undertake the management of budgets as well as carrying out regular site visits to ensure property standards are being maintained.
It will be your responsibility to ensure the maintenance tasks both reactive and preventative are carried out to the highest standards and that approved sub-contractors are adhering to agreed SLAs.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate;
- Residential property management experience – over 500 properties
- Excellent communication both written & verbal.
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
- Health & Safety management.
Candidates with a property related qualification such as IRPM/RICS are also highly desirable.
This role is a site based position in Acton. Commutable from Ealing, Chiswick and Brentford.
You may have experience as one of the following: Property Manager, Neighbourhood Manager, Residential Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Regional Property Manager and Area Property Manager.
