MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting a Stock Administrator for an international Music company.

As a Stock Administrator, your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Supporting the manager in sending and returns of all orders
  • Running a picking list and picking required orders
  • Taking receipts and collecting print orders
  • Opening returns and checking that all materials are complete
  • Putting returned items back in their correct location
  • Resolving missing parts via email
  • Re-locating the materials on the stock shelf
  • Keeping stock area tidy
  • Keeping track of any materials and ordering when necessary
  • Collection of post
  • Covering the office and telephones


  • Knowledge and interest in music
  • Computer skills
  • Fit and able to lift boxes
  • Some understanding of French
