Hudson is working with a growing group business plc with an international portfolio of services. The business have a very dominant place in their market and are considered to be on of the main players in their sector.

Overseen by the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis your main customer will be the Group Commercial Director and support activities accordingly. In your role as Sales Performance Business Partner you will take a lead interacting with key head of business around the world and provide insight and analysis to support the growth and performance of the business.

As the key partner you will provide management support and be given the resources of a Commercial Analyst who will help you with forecasting, sales planning, commission calculations and promotion as well as monitoring the performance of the Sales and Marketing.

You will act as a 'critical friend' to International Partners and work closely to sustain and improve the operations performance and work alongside a driven and commercial Group Director.

You will have a good background in finance or operations with excellent data skills but above all excellent influencing skills on an international stage.
