I am always on the lookout for good Product Designers. The product design desk here at Zebra People is very busy right now with 8+ permanent roles on the go. Ranging from global networks to some exciting and innovative start-ups there is a real variety of projects to get involved in.

- Lead Product Designer - Up to £90,000 - Innovation Hub (R&D Team)

- Lead Product Designer - Up to £90,000 - Start-up recruitment platform

- Senior Product Designer - Up to £65,000 - Mobile first digital agency

- MW Product Designer - Up to £65,000 - Innovation Hub (R&D Team)

- MW/Snr Product Designer - Up to £60,000 - Start-up content platform

- MW Product Designer - Up to £50,000 - Start-up customer engagement platform

Each of these present different opportunities for designers at different levels.

The typical responsibilities include:

  • The design of a variety of Web, Desktop and Mobile Applications.
  • Conducting user experience exercises for new and existing products, such as user testing, usability testing, card sorting etc.
  • Collecting new or using existing UX research data
  • Take ownership over concepts and design output.
  • Positively contribute to the design processes of the team.
  • Functional Design - Interface Design
  • Designing UI based on personal or team’s prototype/suggestion and research
  • Liaise with development teams to ensure UX solution’s correct transition into development.
  • BE INNOVATIVE

The Ideal candidates:

  • Proven product design experience from any background. (Start-up to Global Brands).
  • A portfolio of elegant and functional product features (pitch work or live projects)
  • Including interaction and flow experiences.
  • Product UX&UI Design experience for Web, Desktop or Mobile Apps.
  • Interaction and usability design skills.
  • Understanding of other technologies and emerging design trends.
  • Experience working within an agile environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience with prototyping tools is ideal such as Balsamiq, Axure, InVision or Sketch.
