Reporting to the Payroll Manger, your main responsibilities will include processing the monthly data input for the UK & International payroll, delivering monthly reports, managing the benefits administration and generally ensuring a successful and accurate payroll service:

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage the monthly data input of payroll in the UK and supporting International and Browns with payroll operational assistance where needed
  • Ensure strong communications with Partners so that data is accurate and all changes are captured in our rapidly changing workforce
  • Own monthly payroll reporting including the gross to net reports and other required compliance reports
  • Manage the monthly benefit reconciliation and work with the benefits provider to ensure accurate benefit reporting and benefit variance reports
  • Liaise with benefit vendors when needed to ensure the monthly processes work well and / or are improved where needed
  • Support Auto-Enrolment reconciliation and audits and support on moving elements of the in-house scheme
  • Manage the UK payroll inbox and queries
  • Run our monthly 'educate the Nation meetings in line with the wider UK People Team and on-boarding programme
  • Be the on-boarding ambassador and go to person for payroll & benefits
  • Run data maintenance and checks

Experience Required:

  • Experience of working on a large UK payroll (300+ employees)
  • Highly analytical and numerical with strong experience in data inputting and analysis
  • Able to work independently and manage a high volume work load
  • Approachable team member for day to day payroll and benefits queries
  • Proactive problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve payroll processes for the business
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and ensure accuracy
  • Strong communicator who is confident building and managing relationships with our internal employees, new starters and benefits vendors
