Housing Manager - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Salary £24608 - £36913 per annum depending on experience

As a Housing Manager you will own a patch of around 600 units which will include leasehold and general needs homes. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are happy and safe. To assist you our specialist teams are on hand, however it will be your role to ensure they deliver for your customers every time, we are therefore looking for people who are ready to make things happen! Our philosophy has always been to do more than just housing and we are proud of the fact last year we helped 270 people into employment. Our Housing Managers will be expected to seek out solutions for all customers whatever their needs and will need to be able to think independently and creatively. We are looking for resilient people with energy and capability: you don't necessarily need a background in housing to undertake this role.
