Oakleaf are proud to be partnering a luxury brand based at London Bridge who is looking for a bright and detail orientated Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • This is a sole role working within HR
  • Day to day management of the outsourced payroll including head office & store staff
  • Be the main point of contact for all payroll queries
  • Review existing payroll processes and look to make improvements where necessary
  • Benefits administration
  • General reporting
  • Vendor Management with ADP
  • Stakeholder management

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience of running payroll for mid size firms
  • A retail background is advantageous but not essential
  • ADP Freedom is advantageous with vendor management experience
  • High level of communications skills
  • Able to deal with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently
  • Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships
