Enterprise Account Manager - Salary Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance of £7,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £120,000 + Attractive Benefits Package including private healthcare and private dental scheme.

About the role of Enterprise Account Manager

We are looking to recruit an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to work from home in the UK to join the Field Sales team.

As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling a range of complex e learning SAAS enterprise solutions to new and existing enterprise level accounts in the UK.

You will inherit a number of existing enterprise accounts to grow and develop whilst also looking at new prospects to approach - the split will be around 50 / 50 in terms of growing existing accounts and hunting for new business and large part of your time will be spent meeting and presenting to 'C’ level decision makers including Global Heads of Recruitment / Training, HR Directors and other senior level decision makers within the Training and HR functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious enterprise level sales person who wants to work for a market leader and who wants the flexibility to manage their own business and work from home.

About You

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience in a complex and collaborative sales environment
  • Experience of selling e learning, SAAS or an online / data / content led solution is preferred
  • Experience of selling and presenting to 'C’ level executives of large enterprise accounts
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel for sales meetings
  • Ability to develop existing accounts whilst hunting for new business
  • Clean UK Driving License with access to own vehicle
