Our leading Financial Services client is currently seeking to recruit a Reconciliation Analyst to work as part of the Outsourcing Division in the offices based in London.

Role:

Working within the Outsourcing Division serving the Investment Operations function, for a number of Investment Managers and specifically for our "Book Of Record" Clients. To work closely with the team on a day to day basis ensuring that all reconciliation breaks and queries are analysed and dealt with on a daily basis and relevant information is passed to our Clients. Providing oversight and assistance to our back office teams in Bangalore and Manila

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead role in the oversight of production/delivery of daily reconciliation reports for all of our clients, most notably our Book of Record clients
* Provide oversight responsibilities to offshore teams ensuring all deliveries are met and assistance given when required
* Assist with investigation of cash and stock exceptions on all clients, most notably our Book of Record clients
* Work with internal teams, third parties (such as Custodians), Client Service Teams to help with investigation and clearance of cash and stock exceptions
* Adhering to the data privacy policy and making sure that all emails are sent accurately.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to general queries received from our clients
* Respond promptly and appropriately to general queries received from consultants, custodians, auditors and other third parties.
* Produce monthly oversight statistics to internal parties.
* To work closely with the relevant contacts within our investment management clients to provide the best possible service, responding to queries and escalating as appropriate.
* Be aware of all service level agreements and KPIs in place.
* Be aware of your SMART objectives and continually strive to improve.
* Ensure issues are escalated to the appropriate personnel across the business in a timely manner.
* Ability to actively build and maintain a good network, utilising your strong interpersonal skills
* Foster and develop long term relationships with internal clients and suppliers.
* Continuously meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of all clients.
* Work within a team with a strong willingness to assist others when required, building effective relationships with members of other teams
* Identify and address inefficiencies in systems and processes, resulting in improvements and cost saving.
* Maintain high standards of personal integrity and represent the Firm effectively and in a way that is consistent with our vision, culture, and values.
* To work closely with other internal departments to provide the best possible service to clients.
* Be involved with ongoing projects, testing and implementation as appropriate.
* Assist with the updating of procedures within IOO Reconciliations Team as appropriate.
