The role:

An opportunity has arisen for a deputy manager at a Learning Disabilities Day Centre in Southall. You will help manage a strong team of Support Workers who have a great impact with the people we support. You will be confident of your skills in contract management and leadership; have a sound understanding of CQC regulations and the Essential Standards. Most importantly you will be a great team manager, able to motivate and develop your staff to deliver person centred, recovery focused support. Working as part of a high performing management team, you will help to maintain the excellent reputation of the service.

The person:

The ideal person will be a highly enthusiastic, motivated and organised. We support people so they can flourish, contribute and lead a healthy life the way they want to.

You will require experience in the Care Sector.
